Easy Bacon Pasta

Last Sunday my husband took some friends to the airport and I cooked some food I knew he wouldn't be crazy about. If he's eating pasta, he wants a full sauce. So I made this meal for me and I loved it!

5 slices bacon
1/2 package mushrooms, sliced
2 pats butter
1 serving spaghetti
1/4 cup parmesan cheese


Cook pasta according to package directions.



Cook bacon in pan until crisp. Remove to a plate and cool. Crumble into bite-sized pieces



Add mushroom and butter to bacon grease and cook until mushrooms are tender.




Add spaghetti noodles and 1/4 cup pasta water to pan. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Add more water if pasta gets dry. Stir in most of the cheese. Top with crumbled bacon.



Serve with the rest of the cheese on the top! Enjoy!
