Alfredo Pizza
I've had an idea for several weeks now to make an alfredo pizza with chicken, spinach, and mushrooms; and I finally put it on the menu! We loved it! Doesn't the picture look delicious? (Ignore the piece that's only mushrooms; it was Micah's.) So I thought I'd share the recipe.

Toppings:
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
2 chicken breasts, cubed
2 cups fresh baby spinach, ribboned
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
2 cups alfredo sauce
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Prepare pizza dough according to recipe. Saute onions and chicken in oil. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper (your taste). When chicken is almost done, add mushrooms and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts. Spread 1 cup alfredo sauce on each pizza crust, divide cheese and toppings between the crusts. Cook until cheese is melted and dough is golden. Enjoy!
