Dijon Tilapia

This fish is quick, delicious, and healthy! I found the original recipe in a Taste of Home cookbook and just changed it a little.



2 tilapia fillets
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbps. bread crumbs
cooking spray

Place fish on a greased cookie sheet. Combine the dijon mustard and lemon juice. Spread over fish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and spray with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until fish is flaky. (Told you it was easy!)
