Friday Favorites: Answers to Prayer

Answers to prayers are delightful things. Sometimes everyone else sees them too and sometimes only you know what God did. I'm not to just be thankful for the "yes's"; some of the greatest blessings have been when God has closed on the door on something. Why? Because then I know that is not what God wants. And if He doesn't want it, I don't want it either.

Welcome to the Hensley's! I hope this blog will give you a little picture of our world on Cemetery Road. My husband works at a local university in the IT department and he loves it! And that makes me happy. I stay at home with our almost ten-month-old son, Micah, keep this house in a decent order, and experiment at cooking delicious meals! I love to cook and I'm trying out a new recipe for twice-baked potatoes tonight! I'll let you know how it turns out.
